All payments for rides booked through the Service must be made via the integrated payment gateway or other methods made available on the platform. We do not store any of your financial data; all payment information is securely processed by third-party payment service providers.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges incurred through your account, including cancellation fees or tolls if applicable.
TAXIWALAS is not responsible for any payment failures or delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of location data, both in the foreground and background, for the purpose of assigning drivers, tracking rides, and improving services.

The Service and all original content, features, designs, trademarks, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TAXIWALAS and its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission from us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
